The 588-room hotel was announced back in March 2014, when DWTC awarded British firm Al- Futtaim Carillion as the main contract for first phase of the Dubai Trade Centre District (DTCD), a 146,000m² development, including the new hotel. REA’s scope of work includes the glass and façade of the building.
