Trojan Construction Group in association with the Human Resource Authority (HRA) arranged a recruitment open day on the 17th of November for qualified UAE national candidates. It offered them opportunities to explore training contracts in engineering, financing, and auditing roles. The event saw 250 UAE nationals learn about Trojan and attend interviews with the Trojan HR team for on the spot hiring! They also participated in the SMART START session that was conducted by the HRA and learned about possible career paths at Trojan. This event was organized in line with Abu Dhabi government’s strategic direction which aims to promote national talent to the private sector.
