ABU DHABI, UAE - 28 August, 2023: Q Properties – a leading UAE real estate developer and subsidiary of Q Holding – has announced the appointment of Trojan General Contracting to carry out construction work for the villas in Reem Hills, Phase 1.

Located in the heart of the capital with a focus on exclusivity and wellness, Reem Hills is the only gated community on Abu Dhabi’s Al Reem Island.

With a contract value of AED 1.755 billion, Trojan General Contracting will be responsible for constructing 218 luxury villas ranging from 4 to 7 BR and developing 3 million sq ft of built-up area (BUA). 

Commenting on the appointment, Majed Mohammad Fuad Odeh, CEO of Q Holding, said, “After a careful selection process, we appointed Trojan General Contracting due to their impressive experience in delivering a wide range of high-profile real estate projects, as well as, a clear commitment to excellence in execution. We look forward to a successful partnership on this project.”
